Ride Share at PHX

Ride share services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Terminal pick-up locations for ride share service providers are as follows:

  • Terminal 2: east outside door #8

  • Terminal 3: South curb, west end outside door #4

  • Terminal 4: Level 1, north curb, far west end outside door #1

  • Terminal 4: Level 1, south curb, far east end, outside door #8.

Travel Tip: Customers should arrange their ride once they have all of their bags and are ready to exit the terminal. 

Rental Cars

The Rental Car Center accommodates all airport rental car companies, their rental counters and vehicles. If you are planning to rent a car at PHX Sky Harbor, be sure to make a reservation. Vehicles are limited for walk-up customers.

Directions: The Rental Car Center is located within its own building at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle South (between 16th Street and 24th Street, south of Buckeye Road).

Shuttle: The common Rental Car Shuttle makes frequent stops, every few minutes at the curb on baggage claim levels of each terminal.

Airport Car Rental Companies: The following car rental companies operate at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Travelers should check with their specific rental car company for hours of operation at the Airport Rental Car Center.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:

SuperShuttle Shared-Ride Van Service

Step 1: Claim your luggage.

Step 2:

Terminal 2: Exit door #8 of the baggage claim area and proceed to the outer island. The SuperShuttle agent is near the sign marked "VAN SERVICE".

Terminal 3: Exit door #6 on the SOUTH side of the baggage claim area and cross the street. The SuperShuttle agent will be waiting near a sign marked “VAN SERVICE”.

Terminal 4: Check in with our representative at the SuperShuttle customer service desk located by door #8 INSIDE baggage claim near carousel #2.

Step 3: Identify yourself to the SuperShuttle agent as being with “WASHTO 2019” and provide the representative with your confirmation number. The customer service representative will arrange SuperShuttle service to your destination.

Step 4: The driver will ask you to print your name on a direct bill slip to cover the fare. You will be transported to the Hotel.        

DEPARTURE PROCEDURES:  

The pickup location will be outside of the hotel front lobby.  Let the bellman know of your SuperShuttle transportation arrangements.
